Eligibility
- The buy-back guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The product must be returned in its original condition with all accessories, packaging, and documentation.
- Wear and Tear Evaluation
- All returned products will be inspected for wear and tear.
- If the product shows signs of wear and tear that affect its resale value, a deduction may be applied to the refund amount.
- Wear and tear include, but are not limited to, scratches, dents, stains, and other forms of physical damage.
Refund Process
- Upon receiving the returned product, our team will evaluate its condition.
- If the product passes the evaluation, a full refund will be issued to the customer in the original form of payment.
- If significant wear and tear are detected, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly, and the customer will be notified of the deduction details.
Replacement Parts
- If the product is returned with missing or damaged parts, the cost of these parts will be deducted from the refund.
- The customer has the option to receive the replacement parts instead of a deduction, with the cost of the parts billed to the customer.
- Return Process

- Bring the product to any of our Levelup Pc Hub locations along with the original receipt.
- Our staff will assist you with the return process and evaluate the product condition on-site.
Online Purchases:

Ship the product back to us using the provided return label or at your own cost.
Once received, our team will evaluate the product and process the refund accordingly.
Exclusions
The buy-back guarantee does not cover products that have been misused, altered, or damaged due to improper handling.
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for the buy-back guarantee.
